Problem summary When changing any widget to a capsule widget by changing its widget type causes any text in the options for the capsule widget to not update properly

Steps to reproduce
Create a string parameter.
Set Widget type to Capsule.
Go to the Widget options and check that Confirm Exclusive is off.
Add a numeric value and a string such as: 1, test.
Expected behaviour I would expect that both options work as intended
Actual behaviour The numeric value works fine, however the text behaves strangely and requires you to click it twice if you want to activate the button
Workaround If we insert a delimiter': ', ' value to the XML of the widget it will fix the issue.
