ID 500095 - CUDA_CACHE_MAXSIZE terminal info provides incorrect default CUDA_CACHE_PATH

Problem summary
In the INFO section that is provided in the terminal when CUDA_CACHE_MAXSIZE is set below the minimum value, 2147483648, the default CUDA_CACHE_PATH provided is relevant macOS only.

Steps to reproduce

1) Set CUDA_CACHE_MAXSIZE environment variable to 1

2) Place a Copycat node

3) Click the "Start Training" button on the CopyCat node

Expected behaviour
The default CUDA_CACHE_PATH provided is relevant to the current OS.

Actual behaviour
The default CUDA_CACHE_PATH provided is relevant to macOS only.

Unknown.
