Problem summary Post Process Command field in Export Manager does nothing in Ptex Projects

Steps to reproduce
Launch Mari
Create a Project using Force Ptex in the Mapping Scheme setting of the Geometry
Open the Export Manager
In the Post Process Command field of any Export Item, add any system command, such as mkdir C:\tmp
Export the Export Item by selecting Export Current / Export All
Expected behaviour The command should have run, in this case creting a new folder called tmp.
Actual behaviour The Ptex file is successfully exported, but no command runs. This issue also occurs if the Export Overrides field is used instead. If this is done in a UV based Project, then the Post Process Command works correctly.

Reproduced by support This bug has been reproduced in: Mari 7.0v1 - Windows 10 - Rocky 9 Mari 4.2v1 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7
