Steps to reproduce
 
1) Have the operating system's Regional format be set to Japan.
 
2) Open Modo and create a Comment in the Schematic viewport.

3) Paste multiple paragraphs of words into the created Comment.

4) Resize the Comment and observe the results.
 
Expected behavior
The text lines in the Comment Node should expand within the box when resizing.
 
Actual behavior
The text lines in the Comment Node does not expand within the box when resizing.
 
Workaround
When using Modo, switch the system's Regional format to English.
