Problem summary:
Nuke crashes when reading PNGs that have a resolution of 37,838 pixels or greater

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Nuke and create a CheckerBoard node in the Node Graph.
2) In the CheckerBoard's Properties, create a new format that is (37,838 x 37,838) or larger:
3) Create a Write node and render out a PNG file.
4) Read the PNG back into Nuke and observe Nuke's performance.
Expected behavior:
Nuke should load the PNG files it creates without crashing.
Actual behavior:
Nuke crashes when attempting to Read a high resolution PNG file that is (37,838 x 37,838) pixels or more. Nuke is able to load the PNG without crashing if its width and height are one pixel smaller: (37,837 x 37,837)
Workaround:
No known workaround at this time.
