Problem summary
Nuke hits an assertion failure with the following certain Nuke scripts when the Neat Video plugin is installed.
This continues to happen in safe mode

Steps to reproduce
1) Install the Neat Video plugin (tested with version 5.6.1)
2) Launch Nuke
3) Load attached Nuke script
Expected behaviour
For Nuke to open the Nuke script
Actual behaviour
An Assert Failed message appears, and can't be closed making it impossible to use Nuke:

Nuke 14.0v5 - Windows 10, macOS Monterey
Nuke 13.2v8 - Windows 10
Earliest version tested
Nuke 13.2v8 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
