Problem summary
Wireframe Color option for active and inactive wireframes is not reflected in the 3D Viewport.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached file and open it in Modo.
2) Navigate to 3D Viewport Properties > Active Meshes.
3) Change the Shading Style from Default to Wireframe.
4) Select the Wireframe Color and change the color from grey to another color such as red.
5) Close the Color Picker and observe the Wireframe in the 3D Viewport.
Expected behavior
The wireframe color should change in the 3D Viewport to reflect the chosen color.
Actual behavior
The wireframe color does not change in the 3D Viewport to reflect the chosen color.
