Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download the attached file and open it in Modo.

2) Navigate to Layout > Layouts > OctaneRender.

3) Press the Start Rendering button on the Octane Viewport and observe the results.
 
Expected behavior
The Octane Renderer should render the scene when the "Start Rendering" button is pressed.
 
Actual behavior
The Octane Renderer does not render the scene when the "Start Rendering" button is pressed.
