Element Move Tool highlights the Element Action Centre in the Viewport but doesn't actually select it.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Modo. Create a primitive mesh.

2) Enter Poly/Edge/Vertex selection mode. Pick up the Element Move Tool (T). 

3) You will see that the Element Action Center is highlighted, but in the Action Center options, Element is not selected.
 

 
Expected behaviour
The Element Move Tool should actually select the Element Action Center.
 
Actual behaviour
Element Move Tool highlights the Element Action Centre in the Viewport but doesn't actually select it.
 
Workaround
Manually select the Element Action Center by going into the options after the Element Move Tool is picked up.
