Steps to reproduce
 
1)Make sure Flix is set to reuse panels (the option under Flix/File->Settings/Preferences->Adanced->Disable Panel Reuse is off)
 
2) Create a layer comp with 10 panels in Photoshop

3)Import the panels to Flix using the "Send Each Layer Comp" action from the Flix plugin

4)Without making any changes repeat step 3
 
Expected behaviour
Step 2 should create new panels for each layer comp. Step 3 should reuse the panels created in step 2 and not create new panels.
 
Actual behaviour
Flix would reuse some panels but not others. Most of the time it would reuse different panels and sometimes it would reuse a different panel (if there are only small changes between that panel)
 
Workaround
Export layer comps as separate PSD files and import those files manually
