Problem summary
"Block System Sleep while rendering" option in Modo for macOS does not work

Customer reported version
Modo 17.0v5

Customer reported platform
macOS 14 Sonoma

Steps to reproduce
1) In your system preferences, set your system sleep mode delay to a low value (eg. 1 minute).

2) Open Modo. Open a scene that includes an animated sequence. Ensure that the animated sequence render time exceeds the sleep mode delay.

3) Navigate to Modo > Preferences. Under Render > Final Rendering, make sure Block System Sleep While Rendering is toggled on.

4) Navigate to Render > Render Animation... Make sure the animation will be saved as an image sequence, by selecting Image Sequence on the dropdown menu under Save As. Choose a destination for where the image sequence will be saved to on your computer, and select Save

5) Set a timer for ~2 minutes. You should note that after the 1 minute mark, the computer enters sleep mode.

Expected behaviour
The computer should not enter sleep mode.

Actual behaviour
The computer enters sleep mode.

Workaround
Use a third-party software to keep the computer "awake". Otherwise, workaround unknown.
