Problem summary
Windows does not recognise Foundry as a "Known Publisher" and a Windows SmartScreen warning appears when trying to install Nuke.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and attempt to install Nuke. 
A Windows SmartScreen Window appears.
 

Expected behaviour
Windows SmartScreen should not try to prevent Nuke from being installed.
 

Actual behaviour
A Windows SmartScreen warning appears when trying to install Nuke.
 

Workaround
Unknown.
