ID 476953 - The "Interactive" option for Monitor Out's AB Mode does not work in the Node Graph

Problem summary
When using Monitor Out, the "Interactive" option for AB Mode in Nuke/the Node Graph UI is visible but doesn't actually work.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Nuke.

2) Double click the Viewer node, to open it Properties, and go to the MonitorOut tab.

3) Check Enable Monitor Out and select Floating Window from the Device dropdown.

4) Create a ColorWheel and attach it to the Viewer.

5) In the Monitor Out settings, select Interactive in the AB Mode options.

6) Zoom and translate the Nuke Viewer and notice it has no effect to the floating window/monitor out device.

Expected behaviour
Interactive AB Mode should work in the Node Graph, as it does in Nuke Studio.

Actual behaviour
You can select the Interactive AB Mode option, but it does not work in Nuke/the Node Graph.
