Steps to reproduce
1)Create a blank panel and save the sequence.
2)Add an annotation to the panel and save.
3)Version up the panel.
Expected behaviour
The panel in the panel browser, player and exported in the contact sheet should be blank without annotation because the annotation was added to an earlier panel revision.
Actual behaviour
The panel in the panel browser is blank (as expected) but the panel in the player and on a contact sheet has the annotation from the previous panel revision.
Workaround
Go back to the previous panel revision and delete the annotation.
