Additional artifacts appear when using the ImageRead node with a jpg file.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Load the attached RedSquare.jpg image into Katana via an imageRead node.

2) Right click the imageRead node and select Preview Render

3) In the monitor tab, zoom into the bottom right corner of the rendered square and observe the additional artifact band introduced.
 
Expected behaviour
No additional artifacts introduced
 
Actual behaviour
An additional band of artifacts were introduced after the render.
 
Workaround
Converting the image to a .tiff file will keep the artifact from appearing.
