Importing USD files, containing instanced UsdSkel primitives, through the UsdIn node does not import and apply binding information.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open the attached Katana Scene file or import a USD file containing an instanced UsdSkel primitive that contains binding information.
 
2) Fully expand the Scene Graph or Render out an image of the UsdSkel primitive.
 
Expected behaviour
The instanced UsdSkel primitive includes the binding data and the animation is displayed.
 
Actual behaviour
The instanced UsdSkel primitive does not include binding information and the primitive appears in a generic pose.
 
Workaround
You can copy the binding information from a non instanced UsdSkel asset, to an instance UsdSkel source via an OpScript.
