Steps to reproduce

1)Import more than 10 panels in a sequence revision

Expected behaviour
Panels should import without any errors

Actual behaviour
The import fails with an "error="Error 1205 (HY000): Lock wait timeout exceeded."

Workaround
Restart the Flix server the issue is happening on
