Problem summary
Flix imports a white image if a PSD is not saved with compatibility mode on

Steps to reproduce
1)Create a new image in Photoshop.
2)Make sure Edit->Preferences->File Handling->Maximize PSD and PSB File Compatibility is set to Never or Ask.
3)Save the image created in step 1 and if you used the Ask option in step 2, make sure to uncheck the Maximize Compatibility checkbox.
4)Import the image saved in step 3 to Flix using drag and drop or the import image option in Flix.
Expected behaviour
The image should be successfully imported into Flix, and a thumbnail should be created to show in the panel browser and the player.
Actual behaviour
The panel is imported into Flix, but it creates a white thumbnail.
Workaround
There are 2 workarounds:
1)Open the image in Photoshop and use the Flix extension to send it to Flix
2)Save the image with the Maximize Compatibility option in Photoshop On
