Changing the frame range in the timeline causes errors to be spammed and potentially causes Katana to crash.

Steps to reproduce
 
1)  Launch Katana.

2)  Change the start of the frame range on the timeline from 1 to 1000.
 
3)  If no error is spammed at this time, change current frame by clicking within the timeline.
 
Expected behaviour
The frame range changes.
 
Actual behaviour
The frame range changes and errors are spammed in the Messages tab/terminal, and potentially crashes Katana.

Katana 7.5v1 - Windows 11, Windows 10, Rocky 9

Katana 7.5v1 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
