Steps to reproduce
 
1)Import a few panels in a sequence and force some of those panels to fail to import

2)Try to go to the export menu

Expected behaviour
The export button should be available, but if you have selected failed or all panels, a pop-up should notify the user that this will not work and explain why. But users should be able to export panels that have successfully imported
 
Actual behaviour
The export button is greyed out regardless if it is for panels that were successfully imported or not
 
Workaround
Remove all failed/errored panels and save a new sequence revision
