Problem summary
Changing the Viewer's downrez can also change the result of SphericalTransform nodes.
The issue also happens when writing out proxy images as well.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Create a CheckerBoard.
3) Downstream of the CheckerBoard, create a Spherical Transform node.
4) Change the Output Projection knob to Fisheye. Set both Shiftx and y to 1.
5) Note the result in the Viewer, when downrez is set to 1:1.
6) Change the downrez setting to 1:2 and notice that the image in the Viewer looks completely different:
Expected behaviour
downrez should scale down the image, without changing the result.
Actual behaviour
Changing the downrez also changes the final result of the SphericalTransform.

- This issue appears to be in all tested versions of the product. In Nuke 12.0v1, the issue happens with both SphericalTransform and C_SphericalTransform.
