EDL files with duplicate lines errors and fails to import in Nuke Studio/Hiero

 

These additional lines are created when exporting from other media with placeholder footage (slugs) and importing the EDL file to Nuke Studio/Hiero.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached EDL file.
2) Launch Nuke Studio/Hiero and import the EDL file.
2) Observe the errors given from the prompt.
 
Expected behavior
Nuke Studio/Hiero should load the EDL file regardless of the blank lines or missing data.
 
Actual behavior
Importing the attached EDL file (one with blank and/or duplicated lines from placeholder footage) errors in Nuke Studio/Hiero and is not imported as "Error while executing importFile() in Python importer:An error occurred in a python function. Exception: EdlImporter.prepassCheckKeyEvent key event missing KEY CLIP NAME!" :

 
Workaround
Removing the additional blank lines from the EDL and saving the file allows for it to be imported without error.
