Problem summary
Creating a comp with a BurnIn soft effect added on a clip level results in the ModifyMetaData node being added after the BurnIn node.
This means that the user needs to manually switch the order of these nodes, otherwise many of the BurnIn fields won't work.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio.

2) Import a clip (File > Import File(s)...).

3) Right-click the clip in the bin view > Open In > Timeline View.

4) Right-click in the timeline > New Track > New Video Track.

5) Select the new track > right-click > Soft Effects > Burn-In.

6) Right-click in the Bin View > New > New Sequence

7) Double click the new sequence to open it, and drop your clip from the bin view into the timeline.

8) Right-click the clip on the timeline > Create Comp > Create Comp.

9) Double click the comp container to open it, and look at the position of the BurnIn and ModifyMetadata nodes.

Expected behaviour
ModifyMetadata should always be the first node under the Read.
