Problem summary
Nuke will become choppy and playback pauses every second while the frame server is offline in Nuke and Nuke Studio.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create or open an init.py file in the .nuke directory.
2) Add the line: toolbar = nuke.toolbar('Nodes')
3) Save the init.py file and then launch Nuke.
4) Click play on the Viewer timeline observing performance.
Expected behavior
The application and Viewer and should appear with smooth playback.
Actual behavior
The frame server will throw an error, where the application starts to pause every second or two while the frame server is offline, and the Viewer playback stutters and becomes choppy.
Workaround
Disable the frame server with the command line flag: --disable-nuke-frameserver
