Upscale node produces color shifts
the happens when using Nuke color management and ACES with OCIO

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke
2) Create a ColorWheel node and view it
3) Attach an Upscale node, there are significant color shifts
Expected behaviour
For colors to be consistent
Actual behaviour
Colors shift when using the Upscale node
Workaround
Use other scaling nodes, like TVIScale or Reformat
or
Set your color management to be using OCIO and ACES 1.2
