Nuke only shows one monitor out device if using multiple copies of the same hardware
 
Nuke allows you to use different Viewer nodes to output to different monitor out devices, so this prevents this workflow.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Install multiple of the same monitor out hardware into a machine

2) Launch Nuke

3) Right click a panel tab>Viewer Monitor out> Cog Icon
 
4) Select the Device enumeration knob, only one copy of that hardware appears:
 


Both appear in the Monitor Out hardware's software, in this case Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup:
 

 
Expected behaviour
For both monitor out cards to be available in Nuke
 
Actual behaviour
Only one card is available, there is no way to tell which one and an error appears in the Terminal saying:

Warning: duplicate device found! (DeckLink 4K Extreme)

This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke 15.1v5 - Windows 10
Nuke 12.0v1 - Windows 10
 
 * did not test other platforms due to hardware setup

Nuke 12.0v1 - This issue appears to be in all tested versions of the product
