Problem summary
Black frames are rendered while In/Out points are set when exporting a Sequence with soft-selected tracks on the timeline in Nuke Studio/Hiero.

Customer reported version
Hiero 15.0v4

Customer reported platform
N/A

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke Studio/Hiero, add footage to the Project bin.
2) Drag the added clip to the timeline to create a Sequence.
3) Copy the clip to multiple tracks and align them so there are no black frames when playing the timeline.
4) Set In/Out points on the timeline for any amount of frames.
5) Move the playhead the middle of the In/Out points, then use the Export shortcut Shift+Ctrl+E.
6) Set any project settings, and ensure the Sequence has All Tracks and In/Out points enabled.
7) Export the sequence, then import the footage to the Project bin.
8) View the rendered sequence for accuracy.

Expected behavior
Any footage within the In/Out points should be rendered while All Tracks are enabled in the Sequence export or the Tracks UI should limit what's available based on the selection.

Actual behavior
Black frames are present before/after the selected track item when exporting a Sequence with All Tracks enabled on the Export dialog.

Workaround
Manually selecting all track items within the In/Out points allows the rendered frames to display succesfully.
