Problem summary
The cut, copy, and paste commands become disabled when right-clicking inside the Curve editor in Nuke on macOS.
Customer reported version
Nuke 16.0v1
Customer reported platform
macOS 15
Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke and split the Node Graph pane - right click the panel and select Split Horizontal.
2) Then click and drag the Curve Editor panel to the new pane.
3) Create a Grade node in the Node Graph and copy it (Ctrl+C).
4) Right-click anywhere in the Curve editor, then left click to close the contextual menu.
5) Click Edit at the top menu bar and observe the menu for cut, copy, or paste.
6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until it disables the menu features.
Expected behavior
The cut, copy, and paste commands should always be available to use.
Actual behavior
The cut/copy/paste functions are disabled from the menus or when using the keyboard shortcuts.
Workaround
Use the paste hotkey (Ctrl+V) in the Curve editor, which then places the copied node in the Node Graph and allows the function to occur again.
