ID 587459 - Clip Annotations don't sync between Sync Review participants when Track Item and Bin Item active versions are different

Follow

Problem summary:
Clip Annotations don't sync between Sync Review participants when Track Item and Bin Item active versions are different

Customer reported version:
Hiero N/A

Customer reported platform:
Rocky 9

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Nuke Studio and navigate to File > Import File(s)...
2) Select some media that also has at least one other version available, like the attached clipA_v01 and clipA_v02 EXR files.
3) Right-click on the clipA Bin Item and select Version > Scan For Versions
4) Drag the Clip to the Timeline to create a Track Item.
5) Right-click the Track Item and select Version > Unlink Selected
6) Use the V hotkey to change the Track Item's version to "v02".
7) Host a Sync Review session, and join the session from another instance of Nuke Studio.
8) Create a Clip Annotation, and observe how the Annotation does not display for other Participants and is not synced:

Expected behavior:
While a Sync Review session is active, Annotations should be sent to all Participants.

Actual behavior:
When attempting to create a Clip Annotation during a Sync Review session, the Annotation will not be synced to other Participants if the Track Item does not have the same active version as the Bin Item.

Workaround:
After making an Annotation, using the Ctrl+P hotkey or pressing the Sync Session's Force Update button will send the Annotation to other Participants:

Alternatively, Sequence Annotations could be used as they appear to sync correctly between Participants regardless of the Track/Bin Item versions:
