Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download the Customer's LXO file.

2) Launch Modo and open the Customer's file.

3) Try to sculpt on the faces marked in green.
 
Expected behaviour
You should be able to sculpt on the entire mesh.
 
Actual behaviour
The sculpting brushes do not work on the green faces.
