Problem summary
Splines created with "Duplicate and join" do not always update the SplineWarp preview in the Viewer.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Create a CheckerBoard node.
3) Then create a SplineWarp, downstream of the CheckerBoard.
4) Draw a bezier shape in the Viewer.
5) In the Properties panel, right-click Bezier1 and select Duplicate and join.
6) With Bezier2 selected in the Properties, move one of the bezier shape's points a few times in the Viewer.
Expected behaviour
SplineWarp should accurately preview the results in the Viewer.
Actual behaviour
Every other time you move a point, no warping is displayed in the Viewer.
