Problem summary
Wacom tablet pressure is not working in Nuke on Windows.
*Tested with Intuos Pro M (PTH-660) using driver 4.4.9-2, and PTK-640 & PTH-451 with driver 6.3.14-1.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke and add a RotoPaint node.
2) View the RotoPaint node and select the Brush tool
3) Enable the size pressure knob (toolbar_dynamic_size).
4) Use the Wacom Pen with pressurized strokes on the tablet and observe the Viewer.
Expected behavior
The Viewer output should have accurate pressurized strokes.
Actual behavior
The painted curves are only displaying a final width as if max pressure was used.
Workaround
Enable Windows Ink in the Wacom Tablet Properties window for Pen Settings.
