Customer reported version:
Nuke 14.1v4

Rocky 9

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Nuke and change the Viewer's Playback Mode from "Repeat" to "Stop"
2) Press the Play button, and observe how the Playhead stops at frame 101 instead of 100

Expected behavior:
The Playhead should stop at the Out Point (if one is set) or the final frame when the Viewer's Playback Mode is set to "Stop"

Actual behavior:
If the Viewer's Playback Mode is set to "Stop", the Playhead will always stop 1 frame past the final frame/Out Point.
