Problem summary
Soft effects crop the image to the sequence format
When exported, it does not match exported Nukes scripts, though Quick Export will match the incorrect behaviour

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio/Hiero
2) Import any RGB 4k footage and add it to a sequence, leaving the Output Resolution of the sequence at 1920x1080 HD_1080
3) On the trackItem, add a Premult/Grade/Text soft effect
7) Add a Transform soft effect, and scale down the image
Expected behaviour
For the whole image to be visible when scaling the plate
Actual behaviour
Anything outside the sequence format is cropped off
Workaround
