Problem summary
Hover focus hotkeys/shortcuts stop working if you click more than once in a different panel
This seems to apply across Viewer, Node Graph, Curve Editor panels at least

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke
2) Create a ColorWheel node and view it
3) Click in the Viewer, and use the RGBA hotkeys to switch between channels
4) Click once in the Node Graph, then hover over the Viewer, the hotkeys still work
5) Click in the Node Graph again, then hove over the Viewer, the RGBA hotkeys no longer change the channels and makes nodes in the Node Graph instead
Expected behaviour
For the hove hotkeys to keep working
Actual behaviour
If you click more than once in a panel, then hover hotkeys stop working in other panels
Workaround
Click the panel you want the hotkeys to work in
