Problem summary
Monitor Out displays Black when used with Contact Sheet and certain Monitor Out settings
This requires specific settings to stop working:
On Windows:
AB mode - Interactive, Show Annotations Enabled = Shows Black
AB mode - Interactive, Show Annotations Enabled, Show Pointer Enabled = Shows Image
AB mode - Active Buffer, Show Annotations Enabled = Shows Image
AB mode - Active Buffer, Show Annotations Enabled, Show Pointer Enabled = Shows Black, but pointer works
on macOS:
AB mode - Interactive, Show Annotations Enabled = Shows Image
AB mode - Interactive, Show Annotations Enabled, Show Pointer Enabled = Shows Black
AB mode - Active Buffer, Show Annotations Enabled = Shows Image
AB mode - Active Buffer, Show Annotations Enabled, Show Pointer Enabled = Shows Image
This affects AJA, BlackMagic, Floating Window and NDI

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke Studio
2) Import Footage and add it to a sequence
3) In the Sequence, enable Contact Sheet, selecting the clip
4) Select Window>Viewer Monitor Out then click the cog to open the GlobalMonitorOut properties
5) Set the Viewer the Contact Sheet, AB Mode to Interactive, check Shot Annotations, and check Enable Monitor Out
Expected behaviour
For the Contact Sheet image to appear
Actual behaviour
The monitor out display shows black
Workaround
Disabling pointers and annotations seems to show the image, however the playback is not good due to bug: 592550
