ID 601176 - Nuke freezes when making a first selection, or when deselecting, on a Table Knob

Problem summary
Nuke freezes when making a first selection, or when deselecting, on a Table Knob. This can be seen on standard nodes, like the Tracker.
The issue seems to become worse with more entries in the Table Knob, or in more complex Nuke scripts.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke.
 
2) Create a Tracker node.
 
3) Click add track a lot of times. Creating around 100 tracks should make the issue very noticeable.
 
4) With nothing currently selected, select a track (in either the Viewer or from the knob itself). A similar freeze can be seen when deselecting the current track(s).
NOTE: Changing selection from one track to another does not result in any freezing.
 
Expected behaviour
Nuke should not freeze.
 
Actual behaviour
Nuke freezes when making a first selection (from no selection to a selection) or when deselecting on a Table Knob.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
