Making changes to the Shutter open/close during a live render and then performing a preview or a disk render changes the camera shutter behaviour

Steps to reproduce
 

  1. Launch a scene with motion blur or the attached scene
     
  2. Start a live render and then change the value of both the shutter open/close
     
  3. Start a preview render
     
Expected behaviour
I expect the result from the live render to match the outcome of the preview render.
 
Actual behaviour
The Live render outcome is different from the preview render.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
