ID 602766 - Starting a Live Render with an active IRF causes an additional catalog entry titled "External Render" to be generated per AOV

Problem summary
Starting a Live Render with custom or added AOVs inside an InteractiveRenderFilter creates an additional catalog entry titled "External Render" for each added AOV in the Catalog tab.

Steps to reproduce
 

1. In the Katana Launcher script set KATANA_DISABLE_FORESIGHT_PLUS=1
    
2. Create a simple Katana Scene using RenderManforKatana as the renderer.
    
3. Create an Interactive Render Filters, and make sure to have at least an additional AOV.
    
4. Enable the IRF and start a Live render.

 
Expected behaviour
I would expect for only the RenderSettings Live Render to appear when performing a Live Render.
 
Actual behaviour
There are additional catalog entry titled "External Render" for each added AOV in the Catalog tab.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
