ID 611409 - Some Navigation Preferences are missing from the UI

Problem summary
Some Navigation Preferences are missing from the UI. All sections have disappeared except General

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Edit > Preferences > Navigation

Expected behaviour
No missing preferences

Actual behaviour
Missing preferences

Workaround:
Preferences missing in the UI still work if they exist in the config. So they can be edited in the file manually or imported from a previous Mari version.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Mari 7.5v1 - Windows 10 - Rocky 9

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Mari 7.1v2 - Windows 10 - Rocky 9

Earliest version tested
Mari 7.1v2 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
