Problem summary
ScanlineRender2 does not respect animated USD visibility tokens. While the result will look correct in the 3D Viewer, in this case, the object is always visible when viewed through ScalineRender2 node.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke.
2) Open the attached .nk script.
3) Compare the output from the ScanlineRender2 node to the 3D Viewer.
Expected behaviour
The visibility tokens on the mesh should be respected and the output from ScanlineRender2 should match the 3D Viewer.
Actual behaviour
The object is always visible when viewed via ScanlineRender2.
