Problem summary
Nuke crashes when rendering a flipbook, if you have an invalid OCIO config set in your Project Settings.

Customer reported version
Nuke 15.1v3

Customer reported platform
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Nuke.

2) Open Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings).

3) Set color management to OCIO and OCIO config to custom.

4) Set the custom OCIO config path to something that does not exist. For example: /test/config.ocio

5) Create a CheckerBoard node and connect it to your Viewer.

6) Click Flipbook this viewer.

7) In the dialog that appears, press OK.

Expected behaviour
Nuke should not crash.

Actual behaviour
A lot of Python errors are printed to command line and Nuke seems to crash once the flipbook render reaches 100%.

Workaround
Ensure that, if you are using a custom OCIO config, that your Project Settings are pointing to a valid config file.
