ID 608015 - Panels with Errors aren't always Filtered correctly in the Panel Browser

Problem summary:
Panels with Errors aren't always Filtered correctly in the Panel Browser

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new Sequence Revision and manually Import the attached corrupt.psd file
2) Wait for the import to finish and the panel should report an error
3) Filter for Errored panels by clicking the icon in the footer, or by manually checking the "Errored" option in the Panel Filter:

4) Save the Revision and observe how the Panel now disappears and is no longer returned by the Errored Filter:

 

Expected behavior:
Panels with Errors should always be returned when the Error Filter is active.
 
Actual behavior:
In some situations, Panels with Errors will not be displayed when the Errored Filter has been enabled.
 
Workaround:
No known workaround at this time

Earliest version tested:
Flix 6.6.0 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
