Problem summary: Panels created by the Flix SBP Extension can be blank in some situations
Customer reported version: Flix 8.0.0
Customer reported platform: Windows 11
Steps to reproduce: 1) Launch Storyboard Pro 25 2) In the Create a New Project section, use the Camera Size field's + icon to create a new Size that is 2000x851: 3) Make some markings on the default panel: 4) Navigate to File > Save As... and save the project as a .sbpz file 5) Launch Flix and open a Show that has a 2.35 aspect ratio 6) Create a New Sequence then press the Import New button and select the .sbpz file saved in step 4. 7) Once the import finishes, press the Open Revision button, and the new Revision should look like so: 8) Launch Photoshop 2025 and open the Flix Extension by navigating to Plugins > Flix > Flix 9) Press the New Template button in the Extension 10) Make some markings, then press the Send Current Image button to send this panel to Flix: 11) Save the Revision in Flix 12) Switch back to Storyboard Pro 25 and open the Flix Extension by navigating to Windows > Flix 13) In Flix, use the Open in Storyboard Pro Extension button to send the panel to SBP: 14) Observe how the panel created in SBP by the Flix Extension is completely blank:
Expected behavior: Panels send to Storyboard pro via Flix's SBP Extension should always have the appropriate artwork.
Actual behavior: In certain situations like the one above, the SBP Extension may create panels that don't have any media.
This behavior also occurs when the SBP project's resolution set in step 2 matches the full size of the 2.35 Flix PS Template PSD (2000x1091).
Additionally, the same issue occurs if you do not perform steps 8-10 and instead simply press the New Panel button in Flix, then attempt to send this panel to SBP via the Extension. The first image below is incorrect, as the panel should be sent to SBP with the grey letterboxed sections like the second image:
Workaround: Before using the Open in Storyboard Pro Extension button to send the panel to SBP, closing and reopening the SBPZ project seems to allow the panel to be sent correctly.
Reproduced by Support in: Flix Client 8.0.0 - Windows 11 | Flix Server 8.0.0 - Rocky 9
Earliest version tested: Flix Client 8.0.0 - The SBP Extension did not exist before this version
