Problem summary:

Switching tabs between 2D/3D sets 2D camera to incorrect position.

Sometimes this also rotates the camera three-dimensionally, giving 2D Mode perspective. 

Affects both Canvas tabs and Objects palette tabs

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a project
  2. Switch to 2D tab
  3. Switch to any of the 3D views (incl. UV)
  4. Switch back to 2D mode

Expected behaviour:

Previous 2D camera position should be restored.

Actual behaviour:

2D camera now placed at an incorrect position - the position differs slightly depending on the tab that was switched to (screenshots below taken with the 2D image centered in 2D mode):

Workaround:

The 2D Paint object can be re-centered with [A].

Mari 7.1v2 - Windows 10 - Rocky 9
