Steps to reproduce 1) In Nuke Studio, import at least 2 clips. 2) Drag the clips from the Project Bin to the Timeline to create a Sequence. 3) Click and drag a shot on the timeline to create a new video track above the other. 4) On the bottom track item, press and hold Ctrl+LMB+drag the clip to create handles. 5) Right-click the shot and select Create Comp > Create Comp Special... 6) Choose the Basic Nuke Shot preset, then select the Project File item 7) Enable Collate Shot Timings in the Project settings. 8) Ensure the Cut Length is selected with Include value set to 1 or greater. 9) Select Create Comp and observe for errors.
Expected behavior The Special Comp should be created on the timeline without error.
Actual behavior An error message is given as: "Requested trim is rejected. Overlapping track items and negative times are forbidden" and the comp is not created. This occurs when the Cut Length has Include enabled with handles larger than 1, and with Collate Shot Timings enabled.
Workaround Remove the Collate Shot Timings or included Handles from the exported file.
