SYMPTOMS
When importing panels with camera moves from Storyboard Pro (SBP) 25.0.0 into Flix, the panels will display incorrect camera moves. This occurs because Storyboard Pro 25.0.0 does not correctly export the camera move keyframes.
This issue affects all versions of Flix that support Storyboard Pro 25 (currently Flix 8), as the underlying problem is caused by Storyboard Pro 25.0.0.
CAUSE
Flix relies on Storyboard Pro to export all panels from a project. For panels that contain camera moves, Storyboard Pro exports a QuickTime file to represent the visual animation of the move.
The initial release of Storyboard Pro 25.0.0 contained a bug (SB-6363) that caused invalid keyframe data to be sent during the export process. This invalid data causes Flix to display the camera moves incorrectly. For example, if you have keyframes set in the middle of two adjacent panels, Storyboard Pro 25.0.0 will render the camera move incorrectly because it cannot accurately determine the start and end points of the move.
RESOLUTION
The bug (SB-6363) causing the incorrect camera move rendering was resolved in Storyboard Pro 25.0.1.
Upgrading to Storyboard Pro 25.0.1 or any later release will resolve this issue when importing panels into Flix.
